A message to family and friends from Elder Grace

"....well mom I love you. Tell *Spike I love him as well in fact tell everyone else in the family and friends I love them too!"
*Spike is Cole's dog.
I think Cole misses the mountains! He drew this on the back of his most recent letter.

A message from the Holliday family

"Good afternoon Grace family. Elder Grace was in our home last night. We enjoyed having him 1 more time before he is transferred on Wednesday. They were in their playful moods last night.
My husband nicknamed Elder Grace Elvis. I think he gets a kick out of it.

Warmest regards, the Holliday family"

Again I am so grateful for the wonderful members in Elder Grace's mission! They are so thoughtful, and caring!

A couple more things from Elder Grace:
" Brother and Sister Kremer (I think that's how you spell their name) are the ones who took us out to breakfast."
Thank you Brother and Sister Kremer! :)

I also informed Elder Grace about Wyatt Peterson's mission call to Honolulu and this is what Cole has to say:
"WHAT!!!! not fair!"

Pretty big storm last Thursday

"So the baptism date has moved to this Sunday. I will be transferred on Wednesday so i wont be in O'fallon anymore. I might see if my new companion will take us to the baptism on Sunday, we will have to see."

"On Thursday last week we had a big storm. My district leader told us to stay inside for the day. We were really bored, so around 5 we walked 2 miles to target. Half of our bodies were covered in ice it was pretty cool! Ha,ha,ha..."

Elder Grace has a new address

I am so grateful for the members of the church, they are always so willing to help out our missionaries!
Here is a picture of Elder Grace and his companion out to breakfast at the Cracker Barrel.
I am thankful for all the little things that make a huge difference for  the missionaries and their families!
I would like to thank the kind person that took Elder Grace and his companion out for breakfast!
I would also like to thank all the kind members of the church that are willing to have the missionaries over for dinner, or for games, etc...You are all truly amazing, thanks again!

A nice sketch of Elder Grace, and his district.

Looks like an eventful trip to St. Louis!

Elder Grace's address is posted at the top of this blog, and as always he would love to get mail! I will update the address as he moves around!

Happy Presidents Day

February 18,2013

Today Cole will be going to the city, to go to the museum, he is super excited!

Some words from Elder Grace's newest email:

"So this week has been pretty good, not too bad. Next Wednesday i will get a new companion."

"So the work is still going a long fine, not much is moving forward."

"I got a package from Aunt Summer and family, so that was nice!"

"I think I'll get a hair cut next week, cause my hair is getting longer. (even though i like my hair a little longer.)"

"The arch was a lot of fun last week. I think going up to the top was a big waste of money ($10).

Dodge ball

Elders and Sisters had a fun game of dodge ball,
Cole is on the bottom right.

So Cole says the weather in O'fallon is really weird, it goes from really cold, to really warm, and then cold again. He also says the lessons are really starting to pick up, and he is so busy teaching all the time, and that is great! He has set a baptism date as well. (Way to go Elder Grace)
